The work we do
Leirós is a business consultancy. We assist with U.S. company formation, registered agent service, banking introductions, bookkeeping, brand and web development, and merchant services onboarding. We are not a law firm and the information on this site is not legal advice. Where a question requires a licensed attorney or CPA, we will say so and refer you.
Engagement
Each engagement begins with a written scope and fee schedule. No work proceeds without your signed agreement to that scope. Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due as set out in the engagement letter.
Use of the site
You may read leiros.group, share its links, and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy substantial portions, reverse engineer the site, or use it to train automated systems without our written permission. Brand assets, photography, and the Italianno Leirós mark are the property of Leirós Consulting.

Leirós conducts business in English and Spanish. Where a translated copy of a document conflicts with the English original, the English version controls unless your engagement letter states otherwise.
